Terms & Conditions
Referral Programs and Affiliates Referral Programs. Scrapp may offer referral programs or affiliate opportunities that allow third parties to refer users, businesses, communities, or other customers to Scrapp's services. The specific terms of any referral program, including eligibility requirements, referral fees, payment terms, and program duration will be set forth in a separate agreement between Scrapp and the referring party. Affiliate Relationships. Any affiliate or partner who refers customers to Scrapp must clearly disclose their relationship with Scrapp in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including any disclosure requirements related to endorsements or testimonials. Referral Content. Affiliates and referral partners may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Scrapp's services. Any marketing or promotional materials used by affiliates must be pre-approved by Scrapp or conform to guidelines provided by Scrapp. Modification or Termination. Scrapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any referral program at any time. In the event of termination, Scrapp will honor referral fees for qualifying referrals made prior to termination in accordance with the applicable referral agreement. Non-Exclusivity. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, all referral relationships with Scrapp are non-exclusive, and Scrapp reserves the right to work with multiple referral partners or affiliates.
